PAYMENTS...

• A deposit of 25% must be paid before the party date, this is secure the date, time and character
• The payment can be made in any of the ways stated on the invoice
• The remainder of the payment must be paid in cash in full on the day of thr party or before hand.
• If in the event of a cancellation, Heroes at Home will try their best to accomadate your needs.
  
• The deposit is non-refundable but all other payments for the entertainment (excluding, stock, cakes, any extras) are refundable with2 or more weeks notice.
• In the unlikely event of Heroes at Home not being able to provide the entertainment, a full refund including the deposit will be refunded.

• Heroes at Home have full public liability insurance and employers insurance
• Heroes at Home do not take any reponsability for the safety or security of the children and guests at the party.
• The host of the party must take responsiblity for loss, damage and injury to persons or belongings.
• The indemnity form must be signed and sent back to the office before the party date.
• Heroes at Home do not take any responsiblity for the reaction of the children to the costumes or entertainment.
• It is the sole responsiblty for the parents of the party to monitor and observe the children during the entertainment.

• The party layout will be discussed and shown to the host of the party before the party date.
• No changes can be made on the day by anyone other than the host or the entertainer
• All party schedules are adaptable and flexible.
• The character cannot be requested to stay longer on the day of the party unless previously arranged and the appropriate fee has been paid.
• The characters are experienced childrens entertainers dressed up in the costumes chosen bythe client or host of the party.
• The characters will to the best of their ability provide full character entertainment and maintain the safety of the children.
